Its main feature is the presence of three detachable grandstands that house a total of 10,276 seats, whose mobility allows the adaptation of large platforms for larger stages, more exhibition areas, sports courts, etc. It is also connected by a tunnel with the Crystal Pavilion, with 20,000 square meters distributed over 3 floors and with the Arena Pavilion of Madrid Arena, with a capacity of 1,700 people and a total area for fairs and exhibitions of 2,068 square meters.
