The Palace House of the Spanish Institute of Engineering has a meeting room with capacity for 18/22 people and an assembly hall that can accommodate up to 200 guests. The latter room has a 9-seat presidential table with computer connection and Internet access, an excellent audiovisual system, based on public address system, recording, video cannon on the ceiling and giant automatic screen, videoconferencing system, VHS video system, TV and opaque projector.

The anteroom and stair hall is the area attached to the assembly hall, suitable for presentations, demos and coffee or cocktail services. The Column Room is a VIP lounge for relaxation and socializing.

The Aula de la Ingeniería training center has four computerized classrooms, a separate reception area, study room, meeting room, office and service annexes. The classrooms have capacity for more than one hundred students and all of them are equipped with the most modern technologies, with voice and data network and high-speed Internet accessible from any point, as well as VideoConference or MultiVideoConference.

Additional services

There are several additional services during restricted hours such as customer service, the use of offices for teachers, tutorials and meetings, the use of the study room for students, the area for storing and distributing notes, catering service and the distribution of folders, sheets of paper and pens for attendees. The Institute also offers additional services such as coffee service, Spanish wine or cocktails, hostesses and signage.

In the auditorium we have direct connectivity to audio and video (RAC) specially designed for the holding of press conferences, allowing the capture of the entirety or cuts guaranteeing the highest quality to be broadcast or rebroadcast.
