In the 1950s and 60s, during the Costa Brava tourism boom, the Anlló brothers opened Hotel Avenida in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, catering to both business travelers and local tourists. Over time, the property remained closed until it was eventually acquired and fully renovated, transforming into the current Hostal Boutique Es Portalet. This new project preserves the essence of its past while embracing a unique Mediterranean-inspired design.
