Dehesa Fuente Ymbro

At the end of the Jerez countryside and at the foot of the Sierra Gaditana bordering the Guadalcacín reservoir and the foothills of the Natural Park of Los Alcornocales, is located Dehesa Fuente Ymbro. A farm divided into 4 main parts, in which different agricultural and livestock activities are developed.

On the one hand, the Sierra, an ideal place for the breeding and development of our goats, where they graze in total freedom. Secondly, there is the part of the farm dedicated to arable land. Followed by the almond and olive plantations, which enjoy exceptional climatic conditions for the development of first quality fruits. And finally we find the Dehesa, home to all the centuries-old holm oaks native to the area, where the Iberian pig finds the ideal environment for development.

All these areas surround the central reservoir which is one of the largest reserves of fresh water in Andalusia.
