It all began with a chicken store in 1972 in Sant Pau Street in Figueres, followed by Montserrat Catering and Montserrat Tienda, which in 1999 transformed the concept of the grocery store into a store that offers take-away food service. Later, Brasic, Bocam and Swing Gourmet restaurants were opened, as well as a cooking service for chefs through the development of 5th range food through the Gastrónomos project.
