Yes, it is an event that we love, for having a unique approach: the member agencies of TAG propose to their suppliers to join them for these two days that coincide with the assembly of the association. Loyalty event with you… suppliers, really??? Yes. In fact, speaking with the participants, you understand the value of collaboration: the quality of an agency comes not just from having good employees and good customers: suppliers are essential for a good service, to create together, to develop the necessary flexibility. The notion of ecosystem replaces the traditional customer / supplier. And if you think about it, the need for quick understanding, impeccable service, flexibility beyond strict contractual clauses make it clear that taking care of your suppliers is a good bet. So the goal of these two days is to do real networking in a professional yet relaxed environment.
In fact, the event used to include a part of training, now almost non-existent and all the time is spent in relaxed moments of networking, from an oil tasting session to the visit of the two (beautiful, by the way) host cities… All in order to narrow ties. Without organized networking, but with a lot of human contact and a technological support, like last year: the eventwo app acted as a comment wall, a tool of search of attendants and personalized messages. An important community management tool.
Renaissance heritage cities. The event took place in a new destination for many participants: Ubeda and Baeza, neighboring cities of the province of Jaen, with much in common and a strong collaboration as we saw in this event. Manuel Fernández Palomino, Deputy of Promotion and Tourism of the Diputación de Jaén, recalled that “we are a very young tourist destination: the brand Jaén Inland Paradise is only 20 years old and next year it will be 15 years since the declaration of both cities as Heritage cities”. A novelty that is certainly an asset in a sector that always wants to surprise, though logistics is still a challenge: the cities are an hour and a half from Granada airport and about three hours by car from Madrid. For the rest, two great cities, a journey through time in these renaissance showcases, which is very suitable in the era of slow.
