Tilesa, congress organising company with 40-year experience, has organised the international conference “What policies do global cities demand? ” in Madrid on the 29nd and 30th March. This event brought together former heads of state from countries such as Ireland, Brazil, Chile and city mayors around the world. The conference is promoted by OCDE and the Madrid City Council, in collaboration with the Club de Madrid, and took place in the Municipal Congresses Hall of Madrid.
