The contest is to give economic support to the candidatures and to encourage the creation of new congresses by professionals that belong to societies, institutions, or foundations of any kind. It is for those who wish to attract their colleagues to their city so they can get to know it, enjoy it, or to display them the work of their Departament or Service or to share working experiences.

The requirements are simple: the meeting can be national or international, with a minimum number of one hundred people and with a duration of two or more days. The contest establishes three categories: candidatures for congresses that already existâ
