Hesperia Hotels has appointed Enrique Escofet as its new General Manager of the Hesperia Tower Hotel. He has been working with Hesperia since 2000, when he joined as Director of Food and Beverage, until in December 2005 he became Director of the Hesperia Sant Just. Previously, Escofet was Director of the Gran Hotel Son Net, from the Stein Group and Relais & Chateaux.
