The Centre de Convencions Internacional de Barcelona (CCIB) has been awarded with the second prize (Silver) in the Best International Conference Centre category by the Meetings & Incentive Travel Industry Awards.

The complex in Barcelona has been awarded among other big international venues such as the Cape Town International Centre (South Africa) and the Dubai World Trade Centre (United Arab Emirates). The Grimaldi Forum of Monaco (France) has been awarded with the gold.
