The urban fashion trade show Bread&Butter in Barcelona contracted the services of Food&Mambo, “a catering with avant-garde techniques in gastronomy and a dynamic and chic setting, with values parallel to that of this event,†according to the catering company.
Located in the Fashion Area, the stand of Food&Mambo had furniture and an atrezzo with its corporate colours in black and orange. The chef Roger Aubets designed the ‘ Wake-up kit ‘ for those who worked in stands, who were “surprised when they saw a trendy-dressed waiter delivering the food in a segway”, says the company.
During the evening, a ‘Chill Out Party Kit’, was presented: a snacks assortment such as the algae spiral with rice or the kikos sucré salé combined with cocktails.
