Tecnoparc and Husa signed an agreement to build the Husa Reus, with an environment management system

Tecnoparc Reus S. L. and Husa Hoteles have oficially signed an agreement where the hotel will offer its services in the Parque Tecnológico del Camp.
The hotel Husa Reus will be promoted and managed by Hoteles Tecnoparc, S.L. a company who was specifically created to develop this project and committed to the construction of an innovative hotel with an environment management system to reduce as much energy and water consumption as possible through the use of solar energy, aircondition the swimming pool and to produce central heating and hot water, as well as the installation of a water separating system and the recuperation of rain water.
The hotel, with an investment of 15 million Euro, will generate 80 job positions and will have a four-star category. It will include a shopping area, 180 rooms, 130 parking spaces, a restaurant and a spa with an indoor swimming pool. The project will be developed by the architect Vicente Guallart.
