The world-wide management of MPI (Meeting Professionals International), the biggest meeting and event professionals association in the world, oficially approved the creation of the Spanish chapter of MPI, MPI España, in Dallas last 26th of February.
MPI España has over 60 members (corporate and association organisers, agencies and providers) and has already launched their local activity with the organisation of an event on procurement last 28th of February in Barcelona. MPI España foresees an important local activity, with educational and relational events. The chapter has already confirmed 7 events for the first semester of 2006 in Madrid and Barcelona.
