NH Hoteles and the Empresa Municipal Campo de Las Naciones sign a strategic agreement

The Managing Director of the Empresa Municipal Campo de las Naciones, Pedro Llorente Cachorro, and the Chief Executive Officer of NH Hoteles, Isabel Aguilera, have signed a strategic collaboration agreement between the two organisations to share their facilities, in the event that either of the parties were to need to expand the area it has to meet its needs.

Whenever the product or the customers so require, NH Hoteles will pass on customers to the Empresa Municipal Campo de las Naciones, who operates the Municipal Conference Hall, the Casa de Campo Trade Fair Facilities, the Madrid Arena and the Auditorium of the Parque Juan Carlos I. Likewise, the company will send its customers to NH hotels. The agreement will be operational from 30 September until 30 December 2005.

In return, NH Hoteles shall offer the customers of the Empresa Municipal Campo de las Naciones special prices for staying at its hotels, company discounts and for individual bookings. The municipal corporation shall for its part use the NH Hoteles chain as its sole hotel supplier.

In addition, the Empresa Municipal Campo de las Naciones will offer all the NH hotels for the events it promotes that will be held at the Madrid Arena of the Recinto Ferial Casa de Campo, known as the “rockódromo” until now, that will start operating during Spring 2005. There will also be an exchange of tickets for the events that both parties sponsor.
