The Congress Centre Tenerife Sur is due to open in Costa Adeje early in 2006. The modern, unusual concrete building will have a main hall with 2,840 square metres of space, a 300-square-metre stage and capacity for up to 2,500 people.

The facilities also have a reception area with 1,219 square metres of space and a first floor room offering 1,865 square metres of space for between 20-200 pax, and a 1,100-delegate auditorium.

The centre, says a spokesperson, will boast the most up-to-date technology and various other rooms and event spaces.
