MPI holds their European Conference in Davos, with 470 event professionals

The Professional Education Conference – Europe (PEC-E), the European Conference of MPI (Meeting Professionals International, the largest association of event professionals worldwide) held their annual meeting from the 26th to the 28th of March in Davos, Switzerland, probably the largest training encounter in the event sector. eventoplus was present together with the delegation of Spanish members of MPI (12 out of 65 of the Spanish members of MPI attended the Conference).
The aim of the conference, which was attended by 472 event professionals from 27 countries, was to strengthen the European presence of MPI and the profession in Europe, as well as to offer professionals networking and professional training opportunities. The European presence of the association has increased in the past 12 months to over 1,550 members, strengthened by the opening of the Spanish chapter of MPI. The association currently has 11 European chapters and has developed alliances with MCI and Toronto Unlimited, and has five European professionals in their board of directors.
