A space designed to host events in the business hub of Madrid. Castellana 81 has an entire floor dedicated to services, which is where you will find Meeting Place, a unique space for holding corporate events, consisting of an auditórium for 188 people, an adjoining reception and cocktail area and a meeting centre with eight rooms. It has control rooms and simultaneous translation, cloakroom and an annexe area of ​​105m2 for receptions and cocktails.

The Meeting Place of Castellana 81 has a functional design which aspects such as accessibility for people with reduced mobility and the latest technologies, such as the implementation of a magnetic loop for the hearing impaired. Accessibility, booming topic in events, luckily…

This building with 28 floors has been rehabilitated, it stands at the forefront of sustainability, accessibility and technology.  Castellana 81 is the first and only office building in Paseo de la Castellana that has LEED Platinum certification in the Core & Shell category. Furthermore, due to its accessibility for people with disabilities, the elderly and pregnant women, it is also the first office building in Spain to have the five-star DIGA certification (Distinctive Indicator of the Degree of Accessibility).
