After-event follow up and the possibility to make direct marketing with attendants have become essential to measure the impact of events, but this requires data and profiles of attendants, a difficult task in multitudinous events. And to get data, the agency MCI presents Vividot.

How does it work? Attendants are given accreditation with a unique combination of colours that identifies them and they have to wear it in a visible place during the event. A group of photographers will take pictures of the event and the attendants can visit the web page of the event (filling out a form) to access the photos in which they appear, after the event.

Vividot provides the possibility for organisers to build up a database of attendants. Questions about event or about their interest in receiving more information about the company or the product can also be included. According to Vividot, the answer ratio of Vividot is 60%.
