Luis Blazquez has been appointed Executive President of the entity that manages the Madrid Municipal Congress Palace and the Casa de Campo, among other facilities.

He graduated in Law at Universidad Complutense and will be combining the position with the executive presidency of MercaMadrid. He was counsellor of Economy and Employment of the Madrid Community from 1995 to 2001.
