London City Airport delivers £½ billion to UK economy every year

An airport in the city centre? Where do the 500 million pounds come from? According to York Aviation, a specialist independent air transport consultancy, it includes:

– £21 million in Air Passenger Duty
– £100 million through operations and businesses at London City Airport that also support over 2,700 jobs
