Husa Hoteles has just opened the Husa Paseo del Arte, a new four-star hotel promoted by Metrovacesa and located in Atocha street, next to the cultural triangle formed by the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofia together with the Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza and the Museo del Prado.

Husa Paseo del Arte has been built on the old Mercator Hotel, and is now a 16,000 sqm space with 260 bedrooms and two modular meeting rooms of 215 sqm in total with capacity for 180 people.

The hotel facilities include 80 parking spaces, and a fitness centre and solarium area on the last floor.
