Hospitality Services launches the first phase of its new broadband program to its 2,300 associate hotels in Europe. The survey revealed that 57 % of those surveyed were using their laptop during the stay in hotels to remain in touch with their colleagues, family and friends. This is a great change in the use of broadband internet usage in hotels: in addition to viewing email and surfing the Internet, the guests have more interest in creating and sharing information, images, music and videos in interactive platforms.
