The Apple iPads contain newspapers, magazines, movies, games and even television series, to make the trip more enjoyable or the waiting at the airport. Furthermore, “Finnair is the first airline in Europe to have developed their own application for iPad designed to provide customers a direct space to give their comments and suggestions”, as mentioned by Jakko Konttinen, vice president of marketing of the Company.
This initiative is part of Finnair´s campaign “Rethink Quality”, which aims to improve the quality of service based on the perception of its passengers, as it is the interesting “Quality Hunters” by which four selected passengers travel around the world with Finnair expressing their views online.
