Gancedo launches its collection through a show cooking from Mario Sandoval

Tapestry Gancedo launches last 27th March its new collections in a culinary event, which combined touch with taste and sight with smell. The idea was to have Mario Sandoval, one of the most prestigious chefs in Spain, to combine fabrics and flavours.
For each of the five collections of the new season, Mario Sandoval designed a different menu. For example, for the Paradise Collection, composed by embroidery satin and natural silks in ochre, green, golden and orange colors; the chef prepared spinaches, smoked eel, small broad beans and orange salt.
Desserts, based on chocolates and marzipans, were inspired by the foreign companies that Gancedo distributes in exclusivity.
