Dubai will have its Armani and Versace hotels

Versace and Armani have decided to extend their catwalk to Dubai, where each one has announced the opening of a new luxury hotel. Besides the building designs and a few eccentricities, both hotels offer spaces for meetings and events.
Both hotels will open this year and will stand out in some way. While Hotel Armani, located in Burj Dubai, aims to be the highest building in the world with 189 floors; the Versace Palazzio will have the first private beach with cooled sand, especially useful when the sun hits the ground with its usual 45 degrees. The Armani one will offer, besides 160 rooms and 144 residences, more than 30.000m2 for meetings and events. The Versace Palazzio will offer 217 suites and 169 apartments, as well as three meeting rooms.
