De Boer Estructuras has been one of the main providers of the World Cup FIFA 2006 providing facilities for supporters in 12 cities and in the headquarters of the different matches. De Boer also provided the welcome reception installations in Berlin, Munich and Hamburg, and merchandising points.

For the Cup, the company used one of their novelties, the double-height Emperor; an arched roof design and wooden frames, instead of the traditional aluminium. The design of the structure allows the creation of covered balconies on each of its four sides.

De Boer provided 60,000 sqm of installations in the World Cup, including a 30,000 sqm structure in Berlin, which the company considers to be the largest in the country to date.
