Corinthia Hotels International, the hotel management arm of the Corinthia Group, announced the appointment of Tony Potter as the Chief Executive Officer.

Potter has a wide experience in the hotel industry, having occupied senior positions in hotel companies worldwide, the last as CEO in Millennium & Copthorne plc.

Corinthia Hotels International manages 20 four and five-star hotels in Europe, Africa and the Mediterranean, with a total of 5,300 bedrooms and a network of sales offices around the world. The company is ready to embark itself in a fast growth phase in the next few years, operating hotels that are being developed or acquisition through its hotel investing company, as well as through contract management. In parallel, there are also plans to redefine the Corinthia brand for the five-star category.
