Alfasom, Portuguese company of integral audiovisual services, has announced an agreement to join Aysav, leading company in the Spanish AV sector. The combination of both companies will strengthen the expansion of the group with the creation of a local structure.
Aysav will mantain its corporate identity in the new structure respecting the criteria between the two countries. Both companies are developing integration plans base on cultural similarities and the best practices of the business and the different areas of the company.
