Accor has launched its first iPad app designed for the business traveler. ´Away on Business by Accor´ is a free app that offers users the ability to create an interactive and personalized travel plan, which can be very helpful in arranging business trips.
In 30 major cities, from New York to Shanghai via Paris, this app allows to book hotels of the French group, manage calendars and a wide range of services: restaurant suggestions, tours or excursions and activities, personalized calendars in situ, LinkedIn contacts who are in the area, geolocation services and managing expense reports, among others you can see in a demo on YouTube.
