The merger of the two companies, which are both geographically and industry complementary, creates a new leading group of audiovisual services in Spain.
With this transaction, Vertex 360º expands its product portfolio and business services and plays a decisive step in its growth strategy.
The current president of Vertex 360 º, José María Iris, will continue to lead the company, while Antoni Esteve, current president of Lavinia, is the vice president.
