Abama Golf & Spa Resort in Tenerife is extending its offer for incentive trips, and has launched a customised "diagnostic service" for groups. The idea: to offer a physical analysis of the participants and to suggest indoor and outdoors activities "aimed at increasing workers´ skills, team spirit and promoting personal well being".

The EIS diagnostic machine identifies the functional and organic risks that can impact negatively the professional and personal development of the employee. Once the results are obtained, a full wellness program is designed with the advice of a personal coach. Outdoor activities include tennis, paddle, paragliding, or the possibility of replanting native trees. It is also possible to participate in cooking workshops, Ikebana, wine tasting or spa treatments.
