42,000 visitors food-tasted at the 2nd edition of Barcelona degusta

Alimentaria Exhibitions, organiser of Barcelona Degusta, estimates that there were approximately 42,000 visitors in the second edition. 525 exhibitors and almost 2,000 products were presented, generating a business volume of 2.5 million Euros. In addition, it has registered an increase in international participation with companies from countries such as Italy, France, Chile or Colombia.
During Barcelona Degusta, there were also parallel training sessions to the exhibition with the attendance of 5,500 persons to learn first-hand from chefs like Sergi Arola, Carme Ruscalleda and Elena Arzak, among others.
