CIBECOM’2019 is the second edition of the Ibero-American Strategic Communication Summit, which takes place in Madrid on May 8, 9 and 10, 2019 under the theme “Technology, Emotion and Adaptation, Fundamentals of a New World”.
From the very first moment, Cibecom will have the participation of great figures, such as Rebeca Grynspan, the Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB), which holds the position of Head of State and directs the organization that organizes the Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government.
