Regional Castilian cuisine
The Parador de Segovia is an outstanding exponent of Segovian cuisine and therefore of the sober Castilian gastronomy of which it is heir. The menu features roast suckling pig and suckling lamb roasted in a wood-fired oven, as well as traditional dishes such as judiones (beans) and garlic soup. All this in a restaurant from which the best views of the monumental city are contemplated.

The Parador has a cafeteria with access to the terrace, a restaurant with wood-fired oven, heated swimming pool* with glass walls to enjoy the views, sauna and solarium. It also has fifteen rooms with large capacity for holding events and meetings.
