The heart of the event was in the main auditorium, where a projection represented a huge rotating of 14 meters wide by 12 high, a clear nod to the world of the press. Thanks to the magic of mapping seemed as if the rotating paper forming the back of the stage was deployed. The contents accompanying the sessions were made in 3D images and computer animations, making this stage with a rotating image the most photographed item during the event.
Unconference meetings and networking areas
The event featured two exhibition areas, one called ´innovación´ reserved to sponsors and another,´acción´ for start-ups. In the first one, the event sponsors had their space to show technological elements such as drones, 360º video, robotics and new technologies for leisure. On the third floor, start-ups had their space with pitching sessions in which for 10 minutes entrepreneurs presented their project in search of investors.
There was also a variety of themed “unconference meeting rooms”: open spaces where to assist spontaneously to smaller partial meetings and in which all participants could speak and make networking with other public in the room.
The networking was also promoted by the event app, which allowed to set attendees agendas and maintain parallel meetings during the two-day event, and thanks to the differente areas dedicated to networking distributed throughout the congress center.
