The idea was to get the participants to live a unique experience, become stars of basketball. Through Body Tracking technology, based on body recognition, fingers of users were detected and using also augmented reality the could play virtually with the official ball of the World Cup of Basketball, projecting from the huge screen on the facade of the Callao cinema.
A totem pole located in the square displayed all that was happening in the square in real time, while a sensor on the screen, activated when people approached, produced a series of animations, like UFOs and balloons, which were superimposed on the actual picture, creating an immersive experience that viewers were run over the Internet.
