Saving the planet can be fun, and could be funnier if can be done with a glass of cold beer on a beautiful beach.

With this leitmotiv, and as part of the initiative “Corona Save the Beach”, Corona Extra beer (Coronita in Spain) has launched a Europe-wide marketing strategy based on parties in which beaches and beach-style atmospheres were recreated in leading cities (Milán, Berlín…). People could also vote online for which beaches should be saved. The beer brand will invest to preserve the beaches selected by Web users.
