Avon Orchestra: Team building with rythm

The original idea was implemented for the National Convention Avon Sales. Avon Orchestra, which was presented in society, consisted of over 300 members who performed live the famous piece The Girl from Ipanema by Vinicius de Moraes.

The surprise was that the musicians themselves were attending the convention, most of whom had never played an instrument. By monitoring the conductor and ten professional musicians and support staff, it was possible to achieve full coordination of percussion and wind instruments in which each group of performers, after several trials, carried out the timetable expected of him and applied it within the time required.

The result was harmonious and the participants had fun like children. A good choice for team buildings…
