ENDESA invited their VIP customers to experience the prestigious Ascot World
Endesa organized a very special night, travelling back in time, for their best custumers, in an event organised by Telecyl Communication & Events. The idea: to recreate the famous Ascot races from the beginning of the last century in the Zarzuelaás racetrack. All the decoration and characters were inspired in this old-fashioned but highly-glamorous time and place. The guests received a sealed invitation with the Lord Endes Ascot stamp, which included the date and time of the event with a map that showed how to get an exclusive parking pass. In the hall, they were received by Lady Enelside and Lady Acction (inspired in the two companies which jointly recently took over Endesa: Enel and Acciona), English ladies dressed for the occasion.
They also gave information about the races and introduced them to their uncle, Lord Endes Ascot who came with the guests to the VIP area to be photographed with them. This photographic set had a typical early XXth century style, and the guests could try on some traditional English dresses and accessories (jackets, hats, pamela, feathers, monocular etc.).
The pictures were printed at the moment and at the end of the event every guest could pick up his framed picture as a gift from “One night in the Zarzuela”.
