Combined remuneration? Agency fees ? I understand that there is still to do, but usually do not work well. If you think for a second, there are bright, very cheap ideas or easy to produce that do not involve much cost, but however, the value of the idea is immense. The best example is that if I hire a celebrity for an event and was remunerated with a percentage of the production, the fees will be higher to hire a star, but for the agency the work is the same,or even lower .
There is a mixed combination of training and remuneration as many variables as eager to reach an agreement. For example, there is the option of compensating the idea and on the other, a percentage of the production cost of the equipment or time invested.
Of course the practice of ” bonus / malus ” is fully introduced in companies, and here I refer to both clients and agencies. The important thing is to establish the KPIs.
I understand that when a client hires an agency requests a service in exchange for a ” deliverable ” . It is best to weigh carefully the time and dedication that client requieres, pass a customed budget and finally add a variable part based on objectives clearly marked .
