 2013 was a year of change for evento Days. The trade fair for the event industry evolved into a more "eventful" format with a key ingredient: co -working, the fact of giving exhibitors the opportunity to share a space, in order to stage an event from multiple vendors. This year, the industry´s showroom comes to Kinepolis Madrid, with a focus on innovation, intelligent communication, and technology for events.

The venue this year: Kinepolis. Space, almost a reference in the Madrid event sector (events hosted include Cisco Connect, or the Online Marketing Expo).

Co -working is back

evento Days event keeps the possibility (and even encourage it) that exhibitors join to setup a stand on the show. The idea: it allows them to save costs, have a more interesting space, maximize “noise” and buzz…

Training: 100 % inspiration

The training modules include practical sessions. The Club for Excellence in Events along with representatives of SCP, Repsol and Ephymera, will explain how the business event organizer can be more sustainable, not merely with some recyclable carpet, but with a complete change of approach needed to ensure future of companies and their events.

The Event Management Institute will manage a module on managing audiences, incorporating the latest learning about the human brain to analyze how events can manage and change people. And in a program designed to be 100% practical, two sessions will help improve key aspects of the organization: the “tech time” will help understand the latest technology for events (interactivity, apps, etc.) and another one will explain atypical methods to communicate messages. It is time to find ways to communicate serious messages beyond Powerpoint.

Purely professional

The event is still limited to professionals and charges suppliers for access – a decision painful but justified, as it follows the will to bring more value to exhibitors and help cover the organization costs. The second day is shortened to half day and ends at 15h with a cocktail – celebration. The last day, usually quiet at trade shows, becomes a relational moment, which the public deserves after one and a half day of work and connections.
