Estrella Diaz, CEO of Event Staff, reflects on its evolution, the way done and the challenges are still to meet.

The events sector today: better or worse than a decade ago? Definitely better. We have a very structured sector that gives press information and opens borders every day. But this does not mean that everything is done.

What should be improved? It is a young sector and, therefore, quite immature. Our profession should be more valued. Some believe that digital marketing is the future, I think you can never replace face-to-face. The force of live events is irreplaceable.
