It is very nice to define general rules of behaviour at association level… but how about having a real commitment of each company? And monitor its implementation?
There were already seven guides between agencies and advertisers´ associations, but it appeared important to go further and encourage agencies and clients to implement best practices. How? Agencies and clients are invited to join the agreement, which represents a commitment for them, for each bid they make. In each competition, the client will define a set of specific criteria of choice, which will be discussed with the candidates.
To follow the implementation, a platform has been created that allows each signatory company to indicate their participation, and the criteria that have been applied in the competition. An observation group is implemented and will verify the implementation of the defined principles.
