Mediapro Events is a creative event agency that provides turnkey services, integrates the entire value chain and is positioned through two hallmarks: creativity and technical excellence in execution.
Mediapro Events wants to place its catalog of services in the field of experiential marketing and focuses its talent on corporate events such as conventions and external and internal meetings, brand and product presentations, brand or product activations, fairs, and any communication or marketing event that has an experiential component.

First Latin Grammy Awards Gala Outside the US
The Latin Recording Academy entrusted us with the production of the first-ever edition of the Latin Grammy Awards held outside the United States. The Gala, celebrated as a unique tribute to Latin music, took place on November 16, 2023, in Seville, featuring a series of lead-up events such as “Person of the Year” and “The Premier.”
With over 900 professionals successfully coordinated, we excelled in the production of “Person of the Year,” a gala honoring Laura Pausini’s career, which welcomed over 2,000 guests. We also spearheaded “The Premier,” a live-streamed event, and managed the Media Center, accommodating more than 100 journalists.
Eumovil, a part of the Mediapro Group, played a crucial role in generating and distributing the official Grammy signal to Televisión Española and Univision. With a technical deployment of over 70 professionals, two HD mobile units, and more than 30 HD cameras, we ensured flawless production quality.
Disney 100 Years Charity Gala
As Mediapro Events, we elevated Disney magic to a new level during the Charity Gala commemorating the brand’s Centennial. Hosted at Madrid’s Teatro Real, the event seamlessly combined tradition and audiovisual innovation, showcasing local talent like Ana Guerra and Leroy Sánchez, accompanied by a 57-piece orchestra conducted by Lucas Vidal.
Our innovative approach included FX effects, programmable LED wristbands, and a synergistic collaboration among companies within the GROUP MEDIAPRO to customize every aspect of the event. From technical direction to broadcasting the signal, our team delivered a full setup in under 24 hours, overcoming time constraints with creativity and efficiency.
The event, supported by notable personalities like Álex de la Iglesia and Michelle Jenner, was a sold-out success. Most importantly, it contributed to the Fundación Aladina, supporting children with cancer and their families.
This Gala not only celebrated Disney’s legacy but also highlighted our commitment to transforming conventional events into unforgettable audiovisual experiences with a charitable purpose. A standout achievement that underscores Mediapro Events’ ability to blend creativity with social responsibility.

We are a comprehensive agency capable of creating and executing any event or experience that brands or companies need. 2023 was a magical year in which the Disney 100th Anniversary Gala, our work for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Telefónica, Repsol, Schweppes, Universidad Europea or the Latin Grammy Awards showed that despite our youth in the sector, we have the best talent to make any client’s wishes come true and do it in an exceptional way.
It is impossible to name one event as special because we are enjoying every briefing we work on, every contest we participate in, every event we do regardless of its size or budget: it is all part of being able to fulfill dreams by making our clients’ dreams come true.
