BigBox, Experiences, events and branded content We are a team of professionals in the sector with more than 20 years of experience and with the same enthusiasm as the first day. For us there are no small projects but rather new challenges and the desire to improve ourselves. We are passionate about what we do, whenever you want we will show it to you!
We are a 360 experiential marketing agency founded in 2005 under the name BOX DE IDEAS by four partners who continue to be part of its structure today: Javier García Llop, General Manager, Alex Rafart, Sales Manager, Xavier Ricomà, Innovation Manager and Jordi Armengol, Operations Manager. In 2022 we grow to become BIGBOX with our 17 employees in the Barcelona and Madrid offices. We work for clients such as Pepsico, Fuchs, Roche, Buff, DHL Express, Nestlé and many others with whom we are united by a great relationship of trust and transparency of which we are very proud. Among our 360 services is everything related to experiences from the physical to the digital, internal communication and events for employees, branded content campaigns, social networks or influencers. A broad vision that we include in the definition Full Experiential Agency.
An institutional event with a concept that summarized DHL’s work in support of Spanish SMEs: CREATE. GROW. CREATE. We took care of all the organization and communication, including impact audiovisuals and streaming, which was followed by more than 1,000 people. Is it possible to talk about data culture in a different way? Yes, with creativity, imagination and a lot of fun. We managed to approach a topic that is so dry in large companies such as the pharmaceutical company Pierre Fabre, with fresh messages and even more refreshing proposals.

In our second year as BIGBOX, we have worked hard to offer our clients a 360 service that includes strategy, creativity and execution. We are creating more and more complete experiences, highlighting our ability to make events bigger and bigger. Our teams in Madrid and Barcelona are more than ready for this. In fact, most of our people have been with us since the beginning, when we entered the world of events as an Idea Box (2005). Our evolution to BIGBOX has brought us new talent and the team keeps growing, even collaborating with other agencies similar to us, such as the Italian Arneis. The support of our clients has been crucial to make this change. They have always believed in our potential and in our desire to do things differently. This year we have surprised them, we have been excited together and we have worked harder and better. We are very happy to see that trust is a very strong bond that unites us with them. We have also had new customers. And this has been greatly helped by the work of a sales team excited about selling our new services. It is exciting to start this new relationship with national and international brands that value our ability to adapt, efficiency and creativity. Growing as an experiential agency and offering more services has led us to meet new partners and rediscover the ones we already had. Experts in different disciplines, from audiovisual production, team engagement or technological solutions. For us, they are much more than just suppliers. They are also part of our BigBand.
