What are you looking for in an events agency? Creativity? Production capacity? Management capacity? Why choose? We help you create unique experiences from start to finish. We have a multidisciplinary team specialized in the areas of strategy, design, creativity and management that can respond to your needs. Whatever they are. We have our own facilities (more than 8,000m2) where we carry out all our productions (carpentry, large format graphic printing, furniture, audiovisual equipment, storage,…). This allows us to exhaustively control the quality of our productions and allows us to be very agile in our responses and flexible to undertake large projects simultaneously.

We are an agency certified with ISO 20121:2013 for sustainable event management. We help and advise you in the development of your events with sustainable criteria, proposing specific initiatives that affect the three fundamental perspectives: environmental, social and economic.

A single interlocutor for your events. We carry out comprehensive management of your projects: strategy, creativity, graphic and 3D design, production, logistics and implementation.

We have in-house production. We have our own resources to make any project a reality: carpentry, large format printing, furniture, audiovisual equipment, storage,… We have 8,000m2 of facilities where we control the entire process. This allows us to work with more agility, with a greater capacity to react to eventualities, with very tight times and more competitive prices.

Sustainability is part of our DNA. Our objetive? Leave a positive impact on our clients and with our projects without leaving a negative impact on our environment.

We are an ISO 20121:2013 certified agency for sustainable event management. We help you plan your events in a sustainable way, carrying out an ad hoc sustainability plan with specific initiatives, considering alternatives to reduce your footprint, measuring the impact of your events and offering you alternatives to compensate for the CO2 generated.

We work for all sectors and for both national and international brands: BBVA, Nissan, Volvo, EA Business School, Teka, Cepsa, Samsung, Seat, Adidas, Vodafone, Sanitas, Estée Lauder.

Road Show Nissan e-POWER 

The range was launched with a roadshow whose protagonist was an artificial intelligence development in the form of an Avatar called Eva. 5 weeks, 8 cities and a disruptive interactive experience through AI that solved doubts in real time.

Global Alumni Weekend

800 IE University alumni gathered for a weekend full of fun activities, team buildings and masterclasses to reconnect. 3 venues and 2 days that ended with a gala dinner and DJ show at the Eurostars Madrid Madrid Tower.

What is the story behind the creation of 4foreverything and how has it evolved over time?

As our name suggests, we were 4 partners and we did everything. 10 years later, we are now more than 100 people and we have offices in Madrid and Barcelona. We were born as a production company serving agencies and clients. Our evolution has been marked by the needs of our clients and today, we are an integrated management agency with specialized profiles, able to offer expertise in all areas, from strategy and conceptualization, creativity and design to production, logistics and sustainable consulting.

What is 4foreverything’s main focus in the world of events?

We are an experiential marketing agency and for us the creation of experiences through our events is a priority. We embrace each project as an opportunity for brands to create experiences that uniquely connect with their audiences and we do this through creativity, thoughtful design and excellent production quality.

How do you integrate sustainability and social responsibility into your events?

Sustainability begins within our house, that’s why at 4foreverything we give it a transversal value and it is part of the day to day and the challenges of each of the departments. From the idea, the format or the content to be proposed, the space, the materials to be chosen, the transport, the way of production, the assembly…each of these decisions must be made with sustainability in mind. For each project we carry out a sustainability plan and we measure the carbon footprint we generate, giving the client the possibility to compensate it and to carry out other actions such as certifying their event as sustainable.

What are your long-term goals as an experiential events agency?

Our goal is to become a reference for those brands that are looking for an experiential events agency that can give them global support beyond their borders at a  creative, strategic and production level.
