Mixshopping to promote the Mixta Shandy among the youth

To connect and link Mixta Shandy with a target of 20-25-year old youngsters, the beer brand Mahou developed Mixshopping, an action in 24 top fashion stores in Madrid, from mid-April to mid-May. The consumers, beside having the possibility of trying the drink in a specially designed bottle, were offered a personnel shopper, which was advising them on how to dress, and on topics related to decoration, gifts, hairdresser’s shop, …
Other action aimed to address the university target. The agency Maneki Neko got inspiration from some of the best architects and designers to present a maritime container recycled as a bar, with chill-out area. This itinerant bar, in which visitors could surf the web, play with a Playstation and enjoy a Mixta, was present in several of Madrid’s universities.
