Barcelona hosted on 2nd and 3rd April the first edition of ESPAI Catering BCN, an annual show with catering companies, among them, were Botafumeiro catering, Fizz Bartenders, Maset del Lleó, and Espai Natural San Miquel del Fai.

Professionals and visitors attended at “show cooking” activities, products and wine tastings, and cocktails exhibitions. In addition, the show brought together in a round table some of the best chefs of Barcelona to talk about the “boom” of the Catalan cuisine and the new culinary trends.
