SETBA Zona d’Art opens its doors on Plaza Real number 10 in Barcelona. The space is conceived as a multi-purpose cultural venue for exhibitions, conferences and cultural presentations. Artists such as the Andalusian painter Ocaña and the Catalan singer Lluís Llach have lived in the apartment.

The 300m2 place has ancient hydraulic terrazzo and plaster mouldings rooms, equipped with audiovisual technology. Preserving the original distribution of spaces it keeps the Bohemian charm of the antique flats in the centre of Barcelona.
