Dolce Sitges launches a program to satisfy clients and staff

The 5-star hotel Dolce Sitges has launched the program Great Guest Experience (GGE), an initiative by the head office, Dolce International in its 26 destinations. The aim of this program is “to make every stay in the hotel a memorable and fully satisfactory experience both for the clients and for the staff of the hotel”, according to the company.
Dolce Sitges will dedicate a team of staff, led by the Management and the Human Resources Department, to supervise the participation in the program, with monthly training sessions to present new topics related to the GGE. Staff are encouraged to express their opinions of the program and to make reccomendations to assure the excellence in the service.
